ONE ON ONE PERSONAL TRAINING
We welcome anyone over the age of 5, as well as all skill and experience levels. Whether it's for the love of boxing, for self defense, weight loss or overall increased fitness and health, let us help you fulfill your goals whatever they may be
We offer hours throughout the week for one on one sessions, by appointment only:
Monday-Friday 6am to 9pm, or Saturdays 9am to 3pm
This package consists of twelve one hour personal sessions, and evening open gym access.

TEAM TRAINING FOR COMPETITIVE BOXING
For ages 13 and up.
*Intermediate to Advanced Members Only*
This program includes sparring, conditioning, ring tactics, and strategy for competition.
Team training members meet on Mondays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays, 8pm-9pm

yOUTH gROUP bOXING
We are introducing a new Youth & Teen Group Program, starting soon on April 1st!
This program consists of an 8 week, 16 class program of 45 minute sessions, covering an introduction to the fundamentals of boxing.
$600 per member
YOUTH-Ages 8-12, Tues & Thurs 6pm to 7pm
TEEN-Ages 13-16, Tues & Thurs 7pm to 8pm
Anyone interested in this program must contact Coach V to submit their full payment by March 24th. and fill out the registration form.
